I am a healthcare operations leader with a strong foundation in human‑centered service, clinical operations, and organizational leadership. With more than eight years of experience at Massachusetts General Hospital, I serve as  Pathology laboratory Support Services Supervisor, overseeing inpatient and outpatient Phlebotomy operations, staff development, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. My leadership has contributed to multiple Pillar of Excellence Awards recognizing outstanding departmental performance.

Before moving into healthcare operations leadership, I spent five years in frontline roles building a diverse skill set that shaped my approach to people, service, and organizational effectiveness. My work as a Residential Counselor strengthened my ability to support individuals through recovery‑oriented, person‑centered care. As a Case Manager, I developed deep expertise in coaching, advocacy, and helping clients build the skills needed for daily living. These experiences sharpened my communication, empathy, and problem‑solving abilities—qualities that continue to define my leadership style.

I also bring a strong background in customer service, consistently recognized for delivering exceptional patient/client experiences and earning nominations and awards for service excellence. This customer‑centric mindset informs my approach to team leadership, operational efficiency, and quality improvement.

I'm pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership at Merrimack College and taking executive-level courses in organizational management, talent acquisition, and conflict resolution. I'm committed to advancing health care and business operations through strategic planning, employee development, and data‑informed decision‑making. I bring a multicultural perspective to every environment i lead.
